We guarantee our range with a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects and take a ‘fair go’ approach.
If you have any problems with your Barra gear, we’ll do our best to get it sorted quickly, with no hassles.

Manufacturing defects cover any issues that may arise which can be traced back to manufacture.
Although it’s bloody tough, Barra gear isn’t indestructible, and we can’t cover accidents — so our Fair Go Warranty won’t cover you if you back over your Barra Jug in the work ute.
